Family and friends often ask how long I have known the couple because I described them so well - but that’s because of the questions I have asked before writing their ceremony. No two ceremonies are the same!
Funeral celebrancy is beautiful work. I have worked in funeral homes as well as leading memorial services in homes, gardens and on top of the Papamoa Hills. A common comment after leading a funeral is, ‘That was a beautiful ceremony - it felt like you knew him personally!”
I am a fun-loving, positive and relaxed person and I absolutely love meeting new people. Becoming a celebrant has been a fantastic experience and I look forward to helping more people celebrate major events in their lives.
As a primary school teacher, I am well organised and I speak clearly, dealing well with large groups. I am fortunate to live in beautiful Tauranga but I am happy to travel, around Bay of Plenty or anywhere in New Zealand to lead a ceremony for you.
